Arizona Immigration Law

President George W. Bush supported reforms in 2004 that would have included amnesty for the estimated 10 million illegal immigrants in the country. That proposal failed to make it through congress. Not long after, Bush ordered 6,000 National Guard troops to the border of  Arizona to strengthen security. Obama pulled off this tactic, though he mobilized one-fifth as many Guard members.
