“Crossing Lines and Doing Time: Nonviolent Resisters and Their Stories”
The oral historian and peace activist Rosalie Riegle spoke in Northampton last Monday, October 28, 2013. Riegle lives in Evanston, Illinois, and has been touring the country sharing and discussing her work in resistance and non-violent activism. She read from her two new collections, Doing Time for Peace: Resistance, Family, and Community and Crossing the Line: Nonviolent Activists Speak Out for Peace and then invited questions from the audience for discussion.
